At Elios, we want you to love your home. If your new furniture or decor doesn't perfectly suit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Elios account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
